We have worked hard to program into ULS a wide variety of useful hints, tips and examples. However, we also recognize that sometimes, other questions arise that we did not foresee and that's what our staff is there for.
The ULS software program is updated on a schedule of approximately one major release per year with minor releases throughout the year. The application contains an automatic updater feature. This feature enables the clients to receive an automatic update when these are released.
Can I install the software on more than one computer?
Yes, you may install ULS on as many computers as you wish but will only be able to access ULS only on the number of machines that you have number of software licenses for.
Is the ULS software compatible with Windows 2000 and Windows XP?
Yes, From its inception, ULS has been designed to work with Windows 2000 and Windows XP Pro. Minimum requirements include an updated Microsoft.NET framework.
Does a training video or manual come with your software?
Yes, ULS offers FREE Training videos that is downlaoadable from www.myuls.com.
Can I add or delete information to customize ULS for my own location and type of business?
Yes, you can customize ULS to conform to your type of business.
Is ULS a web based software or Server based system?
ULS is a client server based system that gives you the capabilities to access your software from anywhere but you own your own data under your own roof if you wish it to be and you don't have monthly fees.
Do you have software for all different size companies?
Yes, ULS has 3 versions: Lite for the small companies, Pro for the small to mid size companies and Enterprise for anybody who wants everything at their finger tips all the way to the largest companies in the world. ULS will grow with you, so you don't ever have to change software again.
