ULS offer different level of Support with the purchase of ULS Lite, Pro or Enterprise Edition. ULS provides Phone Support, Online Support and Training Videos.
ULS provides Online Phone Support and a Knowledge Base. You can find answers to your questions by searching our knowledge base. If you can't find the answer, submit your question to our support team here. If you cannot find answers to the questions you have, you can always email our development/support team directly at customercare@unifiedliverysystems.com.
Software application upgrades are automatic and the ensures that our customers have the most recent version of ULS Lite, Pro and Enterprise Edition. Our customers have indicated that this feature allows them not to have to worry about performing version upgrades themselves, saving them time and money.
